Philadelphia Philadelphia Daily News 1933 Hardcover Very Good Book
Strip run secured by two bolts, 1930s motifs, fashions and characters drawn by Jack Wilhelm, yellowed but mostly VG despite brittleness of the paper, spans 11 July 1933-27 November 1934, 348 strips uniformly cut to measure 2 3/4" x 11 3/4", strips removed from the Philadelphia Daily News with partyial news on the other side, many strips have the paper's NRA We Do Our Part emblem on the front page. Previous belief claimed theis strip ended with the 14 July 1934 issue, replaced by Chip Collins Adventures. Based upon this series, a corrective is in order. 1933-34 104185
